Renee & her husband Jeffrey G. Funk, P.A. operate the eXp Realty Branch Office, the #1 Real Estate Office in Windermere, FL – with 150 real estate agents in Central FL representing 700+ Families Served and $365,000,000 in sales, 2022.

Renee is a 20+ year Resident of Orlando, currently residing in Windermere, Florida with her 2 sons, and husband of twenty years; Jeffrey Funk.

The FUNK Family are Disney lovers through and through, often found enjoying spontaneous visits to Walt Disney World..

In addition to Renee’s family and real estate career, her philanthropic passion is focused on serving the Edgewood Children’s Ranch, & supporting at-risk youth, in Orlando, Florida.

Edgewood Children’s Ranch

The Orlando Charity, Near & Dear to Renee’s heart… Edgewood Children’s Ranch provides at-risk youth & their families a safe environment to change the course of their lives. The “cottage life” residential program allows children to live with others in a family-style unit and emphasizes the development of responsibility, accountability, self-control and faithfulness. Although many of the students arrive one to three years below grade level, the Edgewood personalized approach builds the confidence and accountability needed to advance.
